創立於西元1993年，主要從事醫療服務業及藥局管理資訊之提供與顧問服務，並自行開發醫藥管理系統(PharmData Management System)，更以先進的雲端、伺服器、客戶端異地三從架構(Cloud-Server-Client Structure)進行系統之資料同步作業，達到幾近資訊同步之零差時(Realtime Synchronize)，提供社區之醫藥服務與諮詢。
為提供更多元化的醫療服務更於西元2019年7月於台北市成立中醫部–漢浤堂健康中醫診所，更於同年於澳洲成立事業群提供脊椎暨物理治療醫療服務，依各地區域性之需求，提供相關醫療事業群以服務社區民眾，以達到真正專業的社區醫療服務網。
